I am Nat Hollands, an independent AI consultant. I help entrepreneurs, small and medium businesses and nonprofits find where AI genuinely helps, then work alongside their people to build what matters. Behind that are twenty years of building things in hard places, mostly across East and Central Africa.

If you run things yourself, the fastest win is often you. I work one to one with founders, owners and leaders to set up an AI assistant around the way you actually work: your email, documents, notes and routines. You leave using it every day, not wondering where to start.

A small team cannot afford an AI project that needs a specialist to keep it alive. I work with owners and their staff to pick one or two jobs worth handing to AI, like costing, quoting, reporting or customer follow-up, and set them up with tools you can afford. AI consulting in Africa and emerging markets
Most AI advice assumes fast internet, big budgets and an IT department. Most of my twenty years were spent where none of that holds, mostly across East and Central Africa, with work in Latin America, Asia and Europe. I design for patchy bandwidth, shared devices, several languages and teams stretched thin, because that is where the work actually happens.

Do I need an AI consultant, or can my team figure it out?
Many teams can, with a little help. If you have one or two people curious enough to experiment, the fastest route is often to train them rather than hire anyone long term. That is what my AI and Coffee training sessions are for: I grow power users inside your team, so the capability stays in the building.
What does working with you look like?
We start with a conversation about the work, not the technology. Then I spend time with the people who do it, find what is actually broken, and propose the smallest thing worth building. We build it together on your real data, and I stay until your team can change it without me.
Will AI replace my staff?
That is not the goal. The work is about taking the repetitive load off people so they can spend their time on the part only they can do. Your team comes out faster and sharper, not smaller.
Do you work in French?
Yes. I work in English and French, and this whole site is in both.
